Anti-Drug and Alcohol Program
The enforcement of a drug and alcohol-free environment has been one of the most positive changes we've seen in this industry to date. Our company randomly drug tests at least 50% of our employee population on a yearly basis, far exceeding the DOT mandated minimum of 25% per year. The results being an almost immediate significant decrease in safety related incidents.
